John Kim, the CEO, is currently leading a study group,
called OD Say, which is composed of 30 employees
from 25 large Korean companies and global corporations.

As the participants are managers and executives of HR or organizational culture
department in their companies, the study group focuses on researching topics
that Korean corporations are currently interested in, such as team dynamics
and change management. This study group contributes to Kim’s goal of
spreading horizontal organizational culture to large corporations, because it
helps to reinforce organizational development theories for the participants.
