John Kim works as a leadership facilitator. He has created a four-part workshop that will be used exclusively to develop the executives of the Schunk Carbon Technology, a German company. This workshop is delivered in English to twenty high-level directors from six Asian countries such as China, Korea, Australia, Thailand, Taiwan, india among others. Over the course of two years, the executives gather every five or six months in a different country to participate in a three-, or four-day workshop. John Kim designs and facilitates the workshop every time and also works as a coach to improve their leadership skills. This past November, the workshop was held in Bangkok, Thailand. The content addressed included change management, situational leadership, performance management and self-awareness for leaders.
