어제에 이어, 아우디폭스바겐코리아에서 대리~이사직급까지 40여명 대상 프로젝트 관리 스킬 영어 강의 2일차를 진행하였습니다.

프로젝트 관리 전반 체계의 요점을 이해하고, 이를 활용하여 어떻게 효과성 높은 일하는 방식을 추구할 것인지 여러모로 고민해 볼 수 있는 시간이었습니다.

영어 과정이라는 한계에도 불구하고 어떤 강의보다 관심 수준이 높았으며,

특히 2일차 마지막 시간에 lessons learned를 실시할 때에는 많은 분들이 충분히 유익한 학습이었다는 말씀을 해 주셔서 더욱 감사했습니다.

많은 기업들이 현재 영어 강의를 진행하고 있고, 갈수록 더욱 많은 기업들이 영어 강의의 필요성을 느끼겠습니다만 프로젝트 관리 처럼 글로벌 수준에서 이루어져야 하는 업무도 드물 것입니다.

그런 면에서 조금이라도 더 도움이 되셨기를 바라마지 않습니다.

John Kim conducted the second day of an English-languageworkshop on project management skills for 40 employees in positions fromassistant manager to director at Audi Volkswagen Korea. This half of theworkshop focused on the key points of the overall project managementframework and how to use them to pursue a more effective way of working.Despite the limitations of an English-only course, the level of interest washigher than in any other workshop. META was especially thankful that, accordingto feedback left at the end of the second day, participants indicated that theworkshop had been useful and effective. Today, many companies are deliveringworkshops in English, and more and more companies are realizing the need for English-languageprograms; this is because there are certain tasks that will need to be done ata global level, such as project management. In that regard, we hope this coursehas been of some help in increasing the global competencies of their company.
