아우디폭스바겐코리아에서 대리~이사직급까지 40여명 대상 프로젝트 관리 스킬 영어 강의 1일차를 진행하였습니다.

최근 국내 기업들의 동향이 주 52시간 근로에 맞추어 보다 생산성을 높이고, 업무 효율성을 높이는것에 맞추어 지고 있습니다.

그런 면에서 이에 가장 부합하는 과정이 아닐까 싶습니다.

기존의 people에 과도하게 중점하는 조직 운영과 조직 관리 패턴에서 나아가 cost, scope of work, time이라는 3가지 측면에서 조직을 바라보고,

가장 효율적인 방식으로 일하는 패턴을 발견하는 것, 그래서 조직 개발의 수준을 soft approach에 과도하게 의존하는 방식에서 탈피하는 것,

이 또한 유의미한 접근이라는 생각이 들구요. 또 글로벌 경쟁에 걸맞게 영어로 프로젝트를 바로 바로 추진하고,

성과로 연결시키는 능력 등 본 과정의 혜택은 매우 다양할 것이라고 생각됩니다.

John Kim conducted the first day of an English-language workshop on project management skills for 40 employees in positions from assistant manager to director at Audi Volkswagen Korea. Due to the 52-hour limits that have been recently set, domestic companies are interested in increasing productivity and efficiency. We believe that project management is one of the most effective ways to do this. In addition, we believe looking at the organization in three dimensions -cost, scope of work, and time - and discovering which work patterns are most efficient is a more meaningful approach than the traditional organizational management tactic of focusing on people and soft skills. We also believe that the benefits of this course, such as immediately conducting projects in English and developing project management skills, will help organizations to be globally competitive and will increase performance. Organizations will also increase their organizational efficiency, which is the practical purpose of organizational development. We would like to express my gratitude to all of those who participated in this workshop for your focus and attentions. Thank you for your hard work in an English-language course.
