리더십은 META 가장 많은 specialty를 보유하고 있는 분야이기도 합니다.

 

리더십계발프로그램(LDP:Leadership Development Program) 설계 방법을 자격 이수하기도 하였구요.

 

그런 면에서 이런 실제 조직의 리더십 퍼실리테이터 역할을 수행하게 된 것은 META의 주된 분야인 조직 개발의 강점을 더욱 명확히 하는데 큰 이점이 있습니다.

 

조직을 연결하는 가장 큰 인자 중에 하나가 리더십일테니까요.

 

또 이렇게 각 기업의 실제 이슈와 문제를 담아내고,

 

글로벌 기업으로서 당면하는 현실 상황을 반영하는 조직개발 프로젝트들이 많아 진다는 것은 고무적입니다.

John Kim has been selected to be the leadership facilitator for Asian regions at a German company called Schunk Carbon Technology for the next two years. The program participants will represent a range of roles, from managers to vice presidents, and will be from a variety of countries, such as Korea, Australia, China, Thailand, India, and Taiwan. The leadership training program will be developedand conducted in English, and three-to-four-day workshops will be conducted in Korea, China, Thailand, and India every five months. He will also be coaching and providing feedback for leadership development. The first workshop will be held in the first week of July with 20 participants.

 

METAspecializes in both organizational development, of which leadership developmentis a crucial part. Furthermore, John Kim holds a certification in designing Leadership Development Programs (LDPs). Kim’s becoming the leadership facilitator of an actual organization will continue to strengthen META’s specialty in organizational development.

We at META feel excited about the growing number of organizational development projects we see happening in Korea that address real issues and challenges for specific companies and reflect the realities of situations. This shows that companies are not simply implementing education, but are getting more serious about real survival and growth.
