현대엘리베이터에서 해외 현지 법인 HR 매니저를 대상으로 한국기업문화와 커뮤니케이션이라는 주제로 영어 강의를 진행하였습니다. 

중국, 말레이시아, 터키, 인도네시아, 베트남 등지에서 오신 10여명의 HR 매니저분들이셨는데요.

한국 HQ와의 협업 및 커뮤니케이션에 기본적으로 필요한 한국 기업 문화에 대한 이해 및 한국의 임직원들과 어떻게 커뮤니케이션 하고,

효과적인 대처 방법은 무엇인지를 이해하는 시간이었습니다. 

갈수록 우리 기업들의 글로벌 화가 심화되고 있기 때문에 앞으로 한국을 넘어

글로벌 조직 문화를 어떻게 만들 것인가에 대한 이런 고민들은 더더욱 많아질 것이라고 생각합니다.

그런 면에서 이런 영어 강의의 중요성은 더욱 커지겠지요.

At Hyundai Elevator, John Kim delivered an English workshop on Korean corporate culture and communication to the HR managers of foreign subsidiaries. These managers came from China, Malaysia, Turkey, Indonesia, and Vietnam to learn the basic norms of Korean corporate culture that are necessary for cooperation and communication with a Korean HQ as well as how to communicate and work with Korean employees.

As companies are becoming more and more global, we believe that there will be an increasing need for being able to create a global organizational culture that transcends Korean corporate culture. Because of this, the importance of English-language workshops, like this one, will be greater.
