금일 기상청에서 해외 5개국에서 방문한 장관들을 대상으로 리더십 영어 강의를 진행하였습니다.

한국을 대표하는 리더들 6명을 살펴 보고, 이들의 리더십이 주는 교훈을 공유하는 시간이었는데요.

간략한 한국 역사, 한국 역사의 주요한 리더들과 그들의 리더십 특징 및 교훈들 그리고, 기타 리더십의 관점들을 살펴 보았습니다.

한국이 글로벌 기준 11위의 경제 대국 반열에 올랐고, 여러 분야에서 세계 수위를 자랑하기 때문에,

한국적 리더십도 충분히 글로벌 수준에서 공유되어야 할 가치가 있다고 생각합니다.

앞으로 더욱 많은 한국의 리더들과 그들이 조직을 이끈 역량에 대해 공유할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다. 감사합니다.

Today, I conducted an English workshop at the Korea Meteological Administration for ministers from five foreign countries. We took a look at the six leaders representing Korea and shared the lessons of their leadership. We also briefly looked at Korean history, major leaders in Korean history, their leadership characteristics and lessons, and other aspects of leadership. Since Korea has become the 11^th largest economy in the world and holds world rankings in many fields, I think that Korean leadership is well worth sharing at global level. I will try to share more Korean leaders and their competencies in leading organizations. Thank you.
