Many studies have shown that women generally have competencies and skills that are different than those of men, and that these skills can play a great role in overcoming the challenges that organizations face and in helping organizations continue to grow. Organizational effectiveness can be maximized through providing female perspectives on decision-making, management methods, and risk-taking, and male and female employees alike both benefit from having female leaders model these points of view. Furthermore, having both male and female leaders helps organizations create an accepting, diverse culture that can meet a wider range of customer needs. This female leadership course will suggest solutions and strategies that female managers and leaders need to manage organizations more effectively.
