To become global leaders, managers and executives need to understand organizational management in the context of the rapidly-changing and multi-cultural global business environment. A manager or executive who represents his or her corporation in the global market needs to respect and understand different cultures, peoples, and styles of communication, rather than judging them from a Korean perspective. This course will result in an understanding of differences in cultural backgrounds, working styles, and ways of forming interpersonal relationships, which is an essential requirement for being globally competitive.
