Training 조직 관리 (Organizational Management)
To create a successful group performance, it is necessary to have comfortable environments and group dynamics in which every member participates. This leads to better ideas, through cooperative discussions and decision-making processes. To create this context, facilitators should lead the group’s process, listen carefully to the participants’ opinions, and clarify the direction of the group by steering them through conversations and decisions so that the whole group can move forward together. This course teaches the skills necessary for drawing out members of the group so that all will participate, as well as imparting various tools and techniques for facilitation. This course also models these skills because it itself is a facilitation guided by an organizational development consultant, an expert facilitator who conducts all of his workshops using these skills.
