Managers’ abilities to manage changes is now more important than ever as the global economy has begun to slow its growth while more and more companies are quickly becoming competitive every day. This course will teach the competencies necessary for leading successful organizational changes such as how to grasp the need to change, how to design the change processes, how to show leadership in leading changes, how to implement changes, and how to internalize them.
