Training 조직 관리 (Organizational Management)
Performance management within an organization is one of the most-discussed topics, along with organizational culture, in the field of HR these days. In the past, managers simply provided performance goals and evaluated the employees based on their performance once a year by the end of the year. However, the system is changing: today, the evaluation is done more regularly and managers and employees communicate more often. This course deals with how to provide appropriate feedback on the employees’ work and behaviors and suggests development strategies for the employees.
